Schedule: Full-Time, Mon-Fri

As a Parts Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring efficient and timely service by maintaining accurate inventory, ordering and inspecting parts, and working closely with vendors and internal teams. Your work directly supports technician productivity and contributes to our customer satisfaction goals.
Maintain accurate inventory control for all parts.
Order necessary parts promptly to meet repair timelines.
Inspect all incoming parts for damage or accuracy; handle returns and replacements as needed.
Coordinate with vendors for order status, delivery schedules, and issue resolution.
Maintain and update cost projection spreadsheets.
Communicate with technicians and estimators on part availability and workflow status.
Provide exceptional customer service when addressing parts-related inquiries.
Ensure all equipment and tools in the parts department are in proper working order.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Valid Driver’s License.
1+ years of experience in parts operations or automotive inventory (preferred).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel (preferred).
Ability to read and understand work orders and repair estimates.
Team-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
